Duvall O’Steen has joined the Yvel team to represent the internationally renowned jewelry brand in the U.S. and Canadian markets. Duvall joins Yvel following an eleven year tenure with World Gold Council’s U.S. team. She is based in New York City and will be responsible for marketing, communications and strategic growth of the brand in the North American market.
“We are excited to welcome Duvall to the Yvel family,” said Isaac Levy, President of Yvel. “Duvall’s extensive relationships and expertise in the jewelry industry will allow us to grow the brand in the U.S. and Canada and help us to expand Yvel’s market share while also increasing consumer recognition and brand awareness.”
Duvall has been an active member of the U.S. jewelry industry for more than a decade, having served as World Gold Council’s Director of Jewelry PR and Promotion. She directed all trade communications efforts for the WGC’s U.S. team, including retail promotions, sales training, product development and special events

Couture Designers Yasuko Azuma, Mizuki, Adel Chefridi, Megan Thorne, Jamie Joseph and Melissa Joy Manning are all part of ABC Carpet & Home's charity jewelry sale in NYC for Japan earthquake relief efforts.
In addition to the Ring Project is the Wish for Japan Charm Project where four designers have created original pendant charms for this event, among them is Yasuko Azuma.
The wish charm jewelry will be sold at Ring of Love for Japan's events. All the profit will be donated to support Japan.
Richard Ito, president of Yasuko Azuma says:
Also we strongly support an immediate assistant effort by JHRA, Hot SOBA to Warm Hearts project in Japan. The project was established by our long time friend Yumi Okuyama who is currently lives in Tokyo.
