Jewelry.com already has the goods in the form of a diamond handcuff charm. 
It was one of parent company Andin International's new offerings on display at the recent JCK Las Vegas show and retails for $129 (with diamond accents) and $279 (with diamonds totaling 0.5 carats).
I can just see Hilton's on again/off again bud Nicole Richie (no stranger to flaunting her celebrity in defiance of the law) caught by the paparazzi with half a handcuff in a sign of solidarity. You go diamond girls!
